Summit Custom Homes

Summit Homes is a prominent new home builder in the Kansas City area, celebrated for constructing high-quality, innovative homes in Lee’s Summit and beyond. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, they offer a personalized home-building experience tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. Since its founding in 2002, Summit Homes has built over 1,800 homes and garnered numerous awards for excellence, including recognition from the Kansas City Business Journal and Builder Magazine. While primarily known for new home developments, Summit Homes’ expertise in quality and innovation can also be applied to custom home projects. Although they may not specifically market themselves as a custom home builder, their ability to craft homes that meet specific community standards can be leveraged to create unique living spaces. Backed by Berkshire-Hathaway, Summit Homes brings substantial resources and expertise to every project, ensuring that each home is not only beautifully designed but also built to last. Beyond construction, Summit Homes is dedicated to building strong communities through active support of local organizations such as Drumm Farm Center for Children and Harvesters Community Food Network. Their commitment to community involvement and customer service underscores their mission to deliver exceptional homes in Lee’s Summit and the surrounding areas. However, it’s important to note that some customers have reported mixed experiences with the company’s customer service and quality control, which may impact their overall satisfaction with the building process.
